Michael G. Lambros practices state and federal receivership, state and federal regulatory law, administrative law and civil litigation.

He is maintaining his own firm, The Lambros Law Firm, and working with the Evans Bowers team.

He has served either as court-appointed receiver or as receiver’s counsel in approximately fifty (50) cases including dissolution and liquidation of businesses, divorces, receiverships of office buildings and complexes, fuel service stations, trusts and estates, shopping centers, convenience stores, warehouses, entertainment establishments, payday lending companies, waste collection companies, construction companies, technology companies professional practices, retail sales companies, charitable entities, mortgage companies, insurance companies, securities retail sales companies, apartment complexes, restaurants, salvage yards, perpetual care cemeteries and hotels.

  • Has served as Special Assistant District Attorney prosecuting civil RICO forfeiture actions in the Clayton, Dublin, Middle, Mountain, Griffin, Houston, Rome, Alapaha, Chattahoochee, Macon, Conasauga, Towaliga, Lookout Mountain, Northern and Southern Judicial Circuits.

  • Commercial Real Estate CLE – Presentation and article on the benefits of receivership actions.

  • Georgia State Intelligence Network – Presentation of the use of receivership actions in civil forfeiture cases.

  • Chairman – Atlanta Greek Festival 2006, 2010 and 2011. Cultural and food festival serving 30,000-40,000 patrons during a four day event.

  • Co-Founder and Former Executive Board Member of Andee’s Army, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization supporting children who suffer from acquired brain injury.

  • Board Member – Hellenic Tower, LLC, a non-profit organization offering housing for the elderly.

  • Former Board Member – Civil Lawyers Against World Sex –Slavery.

  • Parish Council – Greek Orthodox Church, 2006-2009, 2024.

  • Former President – Samaria Chapter of the Pancretan Association of America

  • Member – American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association (AHEPA).
